What was the highlight of SH Ingles Boutique Hotel
Beautiful city, hotel is in an excellent location for being a tourist.
The location was excellent for our stay. The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. There was plenty of storage space for all our needs.
The only downside was the cost, which we thought was higher than the room warranted.

Hotel was good, but could have been better maintained: b
Location, near parks and museums; breakfast was delicious with the option of eating outdoors; staff was very attentive and helpful.
The air conditioner was right above the bed, so we had to open the window on the first night and got very little sleep. The shower was nice and strong, but the water flooded the floors... We were locked out of our room a few times due to faulty card-style keys, staff were very helpful to solve this inconvenience each time.

Very well located, friendly staff. Good variety and choices for breakfast.
Tea / coffee making facilities are not available in the room as standard. Kettle available on request but had to provide own tea / coffee etc.
